Match Manager
About the Role
Match Managers are the heart of MatchDay. You're our front-line representative on the pitch — responsible for running a smooth, competitive, and welcoming experience for every player. If you love soccer and love people, this is your job.
Responsibilities
- Check in all registered players before each match
- Provide balls, bibs, and all necessary equipment
- Oversee matches and keep games running on schedule
- Help resolve any disputes on the pitch
- Set up and manage the VEO AI camera for filming
- Represent MatchDay values — organized, competitive, welcoming
What We're Looking For
- Passionate about soccer — player or fan, both welcome
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Strong communicator who can keep things running smoothly
- Available evenings and weekends
- Based in one of our 9 active cities
$20–30
per hour · flexible hours
